- You lead an enterprise whose identity needs to stay fully independent.
What a Fit Conversation Is
Four steps, in this order.

Production, structure, what is working, and what you are tired of carrying. No presentation from us until we understand that.

We describe how the team operates
Leadership access, growth support, accountability rhythm, systems and community — in specifics, not adjectives.

Only then, the business model
If the environment makes sense, we review the current business model, support and ownership opportunities privately, using the applicable official materials.

You decide, or we tell you no
If this is not additive to your business, we will say so plainly. That outcome is a success too.
If your enterprise identity must stay independent
Some owners and leaders need their company to remain a fully separate identity. That is a legitimate position, and this Craft & Bauer path may not be the right fit — this is a team-supported environment. Tell Grant early and he will say so clearly and respectfully.
