For Team Leaders

Growth should not require the leader to remain the entire operating system.

Keep your brand, your people, and your standards — and hand off the infrastructure that's eating your week.

The Problem

You didn't build a team to become an operations department.

Recruiting, onboarding, compliance, tech stack, marketing production, accountability — every one of them routes back to you. Growth adds headcount and subtracts your time.

The Model

What we take off your plate

Your brand stays yours

You keep your team name, your identity, and your client relationships. We're the infrastructure underneath it.

Recruiting support

A repeatable pipeline and pitch built to attract and develop agents who are kind, driven and coachable — instead of whoever answers.

Onboarding that isn't you

A documented ramp for new agents: systems, training, and first-90-day accountability handled.

Infrastructure that scales

You keep your identity, culture, and branding while we carry the infrastructure beneath it. We review the current business model and ownership opportunities with you privately.

The Scorecard

The Team Growth & Leverage Scorecard

A seven-part diagnostic you can complete in about ten minutes. It scores your team across the areas that decide whether growth compounds or just adds work — and shows you which one to fix first.

1. Leader Dependence & Capacity

How much of the machine still runs through you, and what that costs you each week.

2. Systems & Accountability

Whether the standard is documented and enforced, or lives in your head.

3. Recruiting & Retention

Whether new agents arrive on a pipeline or by accident — and why the good ones stay.

4. Agent Productivity & Development

How quickly a new agent gets productive, and who owns that ramp.

5. Economics & Operating Leverage

Your true cost per agent and whether the next hire is accretive.

6. Brand, Culture & Identity

Whether your brand carries the team, or you personally carry the brand.

7. Succession & Scale Readiness

What the team is worth, and what happens to it without you.

Optional Next Step

The Team Growth Architecture Session

A working session — not a pitch — where we map your current org, your cost per agent, your leak points, and the three changes with the highest return. You leave with the plan whether or not you ever join us.

An Honest Boundary

If your enterprise identity must remain fully independent

Craft & Bauer is a team-supported environment. If you need your company to remain a fully separate enterprise identity, this Craft & Bauer path may not be the right fit. Say so early and Grant will tell you clearly and respectfully rather than pushing this path.

Straight Answers

Do we keep our team identity, culture and branding?
Yes. Your name, your leadership and your standards stay in place. What gets reviewed is the infrastructure beneath the team, not the identity on the sign.
What markets does Craft & Bauer serve?
Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley are our center of gravity, and we work with leaders across Greater Los Angeles. The team is licensed in California, Arizona, Nevada and North Dakota.
What does the first conversation cover?
Where the team still depends on you, what your operating rhythm looks like today, and what a Team Growth Architecture Session would examine. Business-model specifics are reviewed later, privately, using the applicable official materials.
Does requesting the scorecard create an obligation?
No. The scorecard is yours to keep whether or not we ever speak. Nothing is shared and nothing is announced.
What changes for my agents?
We walk through the current business model against your actual roster before you decide anything, using the applicable official materials. No promises either way until you have seen it.
How disruptive is a team-wide move?
We sequence it: leadership first, then agents in waves, with pending transactions planned around. Nobody's deal is put at risk.

Our Local Focus
