What we collect
When you submit the form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, market, production range, role, decision timeline, team or agent count where applicable, and any optional note you choose to include. We also record basic campaign information such as the page you landed on and the advertising source that referred you.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to have a recruiting conversation with you, and to follow up about Craft & Bauer. If you contact us by phone, text message, email, an Instagram direct message, or by booking calendar time, we receive the information you send through that channel and any information that channel's provider makes available to us. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host this site, store our records, deliver our email, and — through a server-side connection — our customer relationship management system, which stores your submitted contact details and a summary of your inquiry so we can follow up.
Contact channels
This site offers several ways to reach us: an Instagram direct message, a phone call, a text message, email, and an online calendar booking. Each of those channels is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy practices. Standard message and data rates may apply to calls and text messages.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools, including audience-building tags for platforms such as Google and Meta. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure campaign performance and to show you relevant ads. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or free-text answers into these tools from this site.
Your choices
Meta advertising cookies are off until you select Allow in the site's Privacy choices panel. You can reopen that panel at any time to change your choice. Declining advertising cookies does not prevent you from browsing the site or submitting an inquiry. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing grant@craftbauer.com. You can also opt out of further email from us using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
Retention
We keep recruiting inquiries for as long as needed to have the conversation and to maintain our business records, and we delete them on request.
